David,Your readme and File ID does not contain a valid E-Mail address so I am forced to contact you via the forums instead of a private e-mail... BTW, it is good form to include a contact address when you introduce something just to avoid the embarassment of posts just like this... You distributed your BN C30-7 reskin of John Peterson's model with the NALW FDL sounds included in your package. This is a violation of our terms of use under our copyright. Please pull your package back and amend it to "alias" the FDL sounds. We are also asking Nels to "spike" your package until you comply. Thanks for your attention to this matter.Chuck Schneider (Virtual) CEO North American (Virtual) Locomotive Works

Yep he is starting to look like another "One Release Wonder" with Pirated Files....Chuck Schneider (Virtual) CEO North American (Virtual) Locomotive Works
RE: Attention David Arends (BN C30-7 Copyright Problems
Both the C30-7 and C36-7 were released last year. The only thing that appeared 'new' were a couple of screenshots and .eng files with the cabviews aliased to one of NALW's cabs...Tim Baldwin Buffalo NY

I downloaded them before they were pulled and then realized that I had them already.Other than aliasing them to NALW FDL sounds I can't see anything that's different.I've since deleted them.Maybe he's trying to prove something here.Don't know what it could be.

Sorry, Chuck - my point wasn't to question your initial post - I had downloaded the file before it was pulled and was surprised to find that it was, in fact, a locomotive that I had downloaded many months ago, not a new reskin...Don't know how I missed the enclosed FDL sound files. I just checked the .zip and I see the cause of your concern. Perhaps it was an honest mistake, but I suspect more likely it was an intentional provocation...Tim Baldwin Buffalo NY
