Sep-20-01, 00:32 AM (EST) "Anybody else experiencing this?" I ran the unpacker fix and it told me the registry problem was fixed, then I dragged an activity file over tsunpack, and I get a "failure to open package" message. Anyone see this before and know how to work around?Btw, I also tried running tsunpack via DOS command line. Same thing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.Message Areas - "Anybody else experiencing this?" – image 1 Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

I had the same trouble, but I accidentally figured it out. (at least it worked for me) Just double click on the activity itself, and it should install. You will probably get a few prompts as I did, but I remember someone saying just say yes to all.
Now if I could just figure out how to do a screen shot!!! I actually am going to post a question on this myself. Good luck!!

The particular screen is stored in the clipboard. Open any imaging program (like Photoshop etc.) and use Paste (or Ctrl-V) to get the screenshot into the program. Good Luck

LAST EDITED ON Sep-20-01 AT 05:57 PM (EST)Thanks all for your help. as it turns out the TSUnpack fix cntained in the Utilities section of the download library, did indeed fix the registry; however, I was not double clicking the icon as suggested above. Rather, I was draging and dropping the activity over TSUnpack (as directed by the Microsoft help documentation describing how to unpack) and when that didn't work, resorted to running TSUnpack via DOS command line, which did not work either. So, the key seems to be double clicking the activity, after the registry bug is fixed. Again, thanks all for comng to my aid.Message Areas - "Anybody else experiencing this?" – image 2 Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
