I Need HELP With The CSX M&M Sub, After I run the Bat. File And Run MSTS And After The Buffers Are Done It Gets To Setting Up Something. It Says Failed Train World or Something Like That. Can Anyone Help Me Please,John Reagon Johnreagon_92@msn.com
Hi John !I just wiped out my M&M and re-installed it.After the Install-EXE finished I ran the Installme.bat in the MM folder. No lines scrolling down the screen saying "File not found" !Started MSTS and the Route without any problems whatsoever.Have you got a Tsection.dat in the Root of your GLOBAL folder with a year 2004 date ?Are you using TRAINSTORE by any chance ? All your Consists and Trainsets were they should be ?O t t o
Hi John"train world initialization" normally means you miss one or more files from the "Envfiles" folder of the route (i.e. the files for the weather) because they were most probably not found by the install.bat file when you installed the route. This is a known issue with many routes, namely for those people who have prematurely deleted the Envfiles-folder from their the default routes and/or Train Simulator/templates. Check the .trk file of the M&M with Wordpad and see what .env files it calls for, then check if you have an "Envfiles" folder inside your M&M route at all, and if so if it contains all the files the MM.trk calls for. If all this looks ok, you need to check that you have all the necessary textures inside the envfiles/textures folder - as always Route Riter will be your best companion to assure any route you install (or build, just for the record...) are complete and sound. Always run it first before reporting problems - that tool finds almost all (and even cures some) of them for you.Good luck,Lukas a.k.a Swissie
