Apr-19-02, 09:25 PM (EST) "Framerate benchmark." Have just finished reading `Frame rates` by HerbsPirate and watched a newbie question turn into an all out mud slinging match. It appears to me that one of the contributing factors to the argument concerned frame rate benchmarks.May I suggest that when any of us post questions or remarks about our framerates we use the the values obtained by using John`s benchmark parameters ... http://www.train-sim.com/dcforum/DCForumID1/686.htmlThe conditions for these settings use the default Marias Pass route (which we should all still have installed anyway) and are available pretty much immediately on entering the sim and could perhaps be used as a standard.Just a thought,Keith.
