Hello all. i was wondering if someone could give me a hand...here's my problem. I have a copy of trainz ver 1.3 (build 277) which i've had for 2 or 3 weeks now. i was told that this was compatable with utc objects,trains..etc.I downloaded the 45 class from auran dls,which is sp3/utc compatible and much to my disgust,it said that i needed serial no for utc to download the locomotive cab for the unit. The file is relatively small (300kb) and i ws wondering if someone out there with utc download capabilities has this file? erm...sorry..it is the bogie,not the cab i'm after (same kuid number as stated above).what a fool,all these late nights..early mornings u see Trainz is toooo addictive!thanks Ausrail
Thankyou very much..I installed the file pronto as you could imagine...but when I loaded up Trainz and loaded up my consist, the 45 class had no bogies at all Any ideas? see pic. I checked the train with asset seeker/manager and the only file that it said I need was the bogies..which I now have...but in trainz loadup, it says that the cab is missing too.hmm.Any help would be greatly appreciated as i am fairly new to trainz.Thanks in advance Ausrail
You might need Paintshed. If the reskin was a paintshed item. If not get a program called TrainzObjectz from Tafweb. It has an error checking feature which may show a problem with the content. Also I recommend you check out the Auran Forums. For fast and mostly reliable troubleshooting. Plus there is a wealth of information about Trainz there. Finally I suggest you register with Auran and join the community RegardsAXE
