I looked all over their website, including the pages that list the features of the service packs, after 10 minutes, I have not found a link to download either service pack for 2004. Their website is, to say the least, a jumbled mess!Rob

I think they are holding off links to SP1 temporary because SP2 will be out soon.
That way you'd have to only download one file, from REtail to SP2
without downlaoding retail to SP1 now then downloading SP1 to SP2 later.

You don't need to own the game to get the service packs. You should be able to get them at www.auran.com/TRS2004 on the service packs page.
