VISIT CANADA – SUMMER LAKE !No need to go there physically (at the moment). You can go to make holidays, for sure, but are you able to drive through with a loco ?
Yes, you can : on my route “CANADA IMPRESSIONZ – SUMMER LAKE”. It is the second volume of the first Canadian Impressionz – Line.
But that is not all you can do : you can drive through with a bus, a truck or a pichup - car across mountain range. If you feel responsible to have the commando of a ships bridge ? Then you are Captain of the ferry ship that cross the Summer Lake. Do you have no licence to fly a plane ? No worry, enter the Biplane Sopwith Pub and fly over exhausting Landscapes.
Or did you feel better to fulfill a contract as engineer on a switcher loco, deliver the coal to the power plant ? You think “ a little more contact to the people is much more favourable” – you should guide the commuter train, bring the tourist’s to all the beautiful vista points round the waters.And the Canadians itself....living there already ? They’re thinking all the time “where in the hack is this SUMMER LAKE located” ? HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOO – it is imagination, impression – not real..as almost all what you find in your computer or Trainz !To give you some insights please find a couple of screenies in the next days, ‘til the route is released.At last I have to thank all supporters and helpers :

CANADA Impressionz –SUMMER LAKEThe Canadian Story continues !
A year ago “Canada Impressions“ was released (1200 downloads in total on 2 web sites), here I’ll announce upcoming second volume.You will find 80 baseboards to run in 5 different stories :MAIN – is the common main RR operation surrounding the big SUMMER LAKE in outer circle. You’ll have 3 yards for switcher action with TRS- industry.BRANCH – is a commuter line just at the lake shores on inner circle. Your task is to pick up all the tourists visiting this area. Bring them to the holiday sites near the waters. This route is electrified.ROADZ – most of the roads are drivable ! Download driveable vehicles at :

and have a wild romantic tour across high mountain range, or across all other countryside.SHIPZ – two systems are build up to operate drivable ships across Summer Lake. A Ferry boat that can pick up drivable vehicles and the well known “RMS Segwun”. You find the jettys to enter the Ferry in every harbor. Drivable trucks can be shipped with reefer only. You find Tugs and Barge float also for some different OP. To navigate the ships on underwater, invisable switches, use Mini-Map to see their status.PLANEZ – Have a exhausting flight across the Lake and beautiful landscapes, dive down under a bridge with your Biplane – ( KUID 46219:25). THIS LAYOUT IS REALLY A PLAYGROUND FOR YOUR PHANTASY !Come down and have relaxing sightseeing tour, explore landscapes and the Lake you will find more than one favourite spot ! I could hardly not decide which is the most superb.....As Opportunity..
If you can’t get enough you can merge both Can Impressions routes together : opening Summer Lake the first time, turn aroud 180 degrees and you see the spot you can attach the predecessor - or
go to North-East “Eran Valley” and this fit perfectly to North-West located “Port Jervis” 2-tunnel division. THAN YOU HAVE ROUND 120 BOARDS to operate ! Note..
1. The route has boards from David Fiore’s (NYOW2000) Erie Ltd from 2003 implemented. They’re aligned in a new context, heavily modified and rebuild. David agreed and knows the result.
2. Automated vehicle traffic on roadz is modified and added with some Busses, Taxies and trucks. Some of these are not programmed properly for this funtion, because normally used as static models. Therefore they jeopardize each other some times or have “funny” movements in road curves. If you don’t want this, delete those in the maps config listed at the top of .As an advice..
This route is strongly recommended to all the guys already owning a huge content library or a fast internet connection !
320 custom objects are implemented into this layout. This brings orginality and a deep impression of unique appearance. Further you should not run through the route only at high speed. It is worth to look around. Anyway I tried to optimize frame rate performance. Not many objects had more than 1500 KB size. Sometime I could not avoid like bridges, overpassing roads and typical landmarks at trackside.
All, really all content is available at Auran Download Station. I will help you, bring up some “Content-only-Maps” with objects only build in the route for staggered dl. They’re named as “Summer Lake Content Map 1..2..3”Who had the best chance of full pleasure ..
In essence I suggest to run this route on machines with following configuration :
CPU - XP2000 / Intel 2,0 GHz
min Grafic Card Geforce4
min 1,0 Giga Ram
all 400 FSBWho should not try to get this route ...
Everyone with an 56 K modem, restricted dl- times on Auran Planet or an older PC, far beyond from above described.Common conditions to run the route with acceptable performance :
Close down all programs running in the background of your system, check with Task Manager
When Trainz Program started and reached main menue, you could open Task Mngr and prioritize Trainz as “high”Use following set up in trainz options :
-DepthBits=24
-StencilBits=8
-fullscreen
-Jet=bin
-cabinfov=65
-driverfov=55
-RecourceMemory=768
-keepallresources=1
-arealimit=600
-sectionlimit=40
-framestoaverage=16

Hi Rob :The layout is on the way to Australia. The Budd-car is not available because problems with scipting of taillights in TRS04. Seems to be on holt until the SP2 - patch is coming...
