This could be great, load cars onto it, and have it shuttle them across a river, or better yet, load cars onto it and it leaves (off the baseboard completely) and returns empty at a later time, or vice versa, leaves empty, returns full. A working crane. Ok, this is just for fun really, it'd be neat to be able to pick up your cars if you derail, putting them where they belong with a rail crane.Ok, I know I'm being silly with most of this, anyone have anything else they hope for? Will a rotary dumper is on my list but I do not know if it can work. I will be makeing a car ferry and dock as I know this can be done and I have plans for a Detroit River one.
I'd like is a Container yard. Where you can actually load and unload your containers. I think they mentioned somethin like that.Also- i'd like to see hazards as well as loco motive failures etc.By hazards i mean, weak track, rock slides. And most of all! SNOW!! as in that accumalates on the ground and the snow plow on your loco will push aside. Etc. Realistic snow would be great.
I read somewhere that yes, you can operate the container loaders, and according to one of the web sites I went to, you can also load and unload the coal cars.
