Hey Guys,
Here is my new proto route, after much success of the Erie Limited (Montauk) lines, I've decided to do a fully prototypical route.
Actually a whole region, this route(s) for Trainz will consist of the New York Central's Water Level Route from Grand Central Station then north to Tarrytown, NY.As in real life, right across the Hudson river, lies the Erie Railroads Northern Branch from North Bergen to Piermont, NY. The routes (As in real life) do not connect but are visable to eachother across the river at Piermont, NY (see pictures)On the Erie Branch, you'll pass actual places such as Finn Mc Cool's bar in Tappan, NY. Under the Route 9W Bridge in Sparkill, NY and more.You'll see landmarks such as the Palisades of New Jersey, The Tappan Zee Bridge, and hopefully the George Washington Bridge, Yankee Stadium and by the time this is released something that resembles the underground of Grand Central. This will be a huge undertaking and I'm hoping to have it done by Jan or Feb of next year.I'm hoping these routes (one famous, one not so famous) will be even more popular than my Erie Limited Route. Just to add, I'm not affiliated with any of the Proto Routes groups and this will be Freeware.

Hi Lawrence,No Pre-SP3 content, everything will be SP3 compliant.
Making it very easy for you to download everything from the DS and not have any content issues.Cheers,

Thanks. At this time, you may want to put that information in any announcements. If I remember reading correctly, UTC will not support pre-SP3 content, therefore, that is kind of important for people to know. Lawrence

I started the south end of the map, so I'm gonna combine what I've already done and NYC when most is completed.Here's a progress shot of the approach into Grand Central where the tracks go from the viaduct to the undergound.Unfortunately, there are no 4 track tunnels available yet so this will have to do for the time being.

Here is some progress shots of Penn Station (open staging area between 9th & 10th Avenues. Also, a very distinct skyscraper will be making it's way into Trainz (Just as the Citicorp tower has) and will be placed in view of this area.

I'm wondering where you got those Amtrak coaches>EDIT: just found them under Amfleet! <? I just downloaded the F40 and am reinstalling TRainz tonite or tommrow.
