TSM Problems

I have started to try and use TSM. First attempt was a simple box (containeer shape). Created a box that was 8.4 x 9.5 x 40 (feet) and tried using one of the many .ace container files available in the library. Converted the .ace file to a .bmp file. Got the error report shown below. Conversion Unsuccessful

Looks to like TSM can not find the makeace utility.
Do you have everything related to MSTS in the D drive?
Have you set up the preferences in TSM so that it can find the files?
TSM does not convert from ace to bmp, instead it converts from tga and bmp files to ace.
Maybe I do not understand exactly what you are trying to do. Are you following the tutorial in TSM?

Thanks. That was the problem. The folder utilities folder was not in the MSTS folder I use for my test purposes. Copied it over and now TSM works fine.
