2477 almost finished – image 1

Ok guys, after some tips from Jason (jay611), I have just about OHCR 2477 finished. I just need the right font to replace the "2530" with "2477", permission from creator of the model, and I can upload it.
But every time I try to drive it it says "Failed to create cabview", though the GP38 cabview files have been copied, any tips?

You might also want to try and work on the Alpha a bit. Seems you lost it somewhere along the lines of reskinning it.-Jeff

Did you save it as a bitmap? If you did, you lost the Alpha Channel.
