My First Milestone!

Hello all...My 1st milestone has occurred...my repaint of the CB&Q 5632 steamer has reached 1180 downloads!!!! Wow!!!! It's nice to see some of my work is in the hands of sooo many...I hope all who have downloaded it was not disappointed and will have many hours of enjoyment running it. It's things like this that give me a reason to keep poking along. Thanks again for all that have supported me in the past, and hopefully into the future.BTW: I have a couple of Q engines on the table now, so watch out for them.

Honestly, I'm more interested in the green truck on the left side of the picture. Is it a creation of your own? I don't think it's in the download library.Rob

>Rob Well, Honestly, it was imported from the IC route into my personal route using the import feature in Route-riter and then added to my carspawn.dat file. He has several nice trucks in that route. Hope this helps.

Hey CHAZ...Congrats... Yeah - nice to see the numbers climb on something you work very hard on... Unless people have tried it - I don't think they realize the number of hours - or dollars - people spend on trying to make a decent route - model - skin - or - whatever for MSTS... Over a thousand downloads - way kewl - keep up the good work...Regards,

I believe it's something like ic71.s thru ic74.s; you could use msts shape file viewer to see what they were. Remember, though, these shapes belong to the route builder; get his permission if you use them for anything other than your personal routes.

Oh yeh....that darn Carlos just keeps tempting me I'm gonna email him and will try to get a Q SD24 with Mars light out of him...I have his SD7 done and I have Kelley Ellison working on moving the class lights over for me. He has a lot of things on his mind right now, so it might be a little while before I can upload. I will attach a pic of it, though, and if you look in my other thread, you can see what else has been taking up my time...

It is always nice to the the numbers go up. I have a quesiton for you. You could replay by e-mail. I would like to add my DHL Van to the car spawner on some of my routes. Can you give me a quick run down on how to add a model to the spawner? I'm sure there are obscure instructions somewhere in the MSTS docs, but I havn't have time to look them up.ThanksDon
