Just some pics of what i spent 8 hours workin' on yesterday.Need some help with specifics(i.e lettering,paint,alignment,etc.)...in the 5th pic is pictured the "rear" of the loco,i need to know is their supposed to be a horse head in the middle,or just the way ya see it?I couldn't find a reference pic that shows the rear panel.Should i add weathering,or not?These re-skins are by no means perfect,only Danny could have made them...well,you know(perfect). heh heh heh... believe me I want them out as much as the next guy. Last I heard they(NS) were getting closer to having the program in order. But that was a while back and have not heard anything since then. But in the meantime the locos will receive a little face lift to more closely match my current work. =|GoldenPig

Very nice work Don. I see you have done a lot of practice since I have been away. Very excellent to say the least. As an NS fan I like them that is for sure and I too would like to see NS's lawyers get off their butts and create something so that we could have these reskins and original works put out there for all. The last thing I heard is that they just couldn't come up with the right wording. Are you kidding me. Lawyers who can't come up with the right wording? Gimme a break! Any day now NS, any day now would be most appreciated. Thank you FROM AN NS SUPPORTER! Sorry. But this is getting ridiculous. Again, nice work Don, worthy of attention by any NS enthusiast. Thanks for the kind words.Actually this re-paint is the first in over a year,I would have to give alot of credit to Danny,cause he makes the best lookin' 3D models,and the texture files real easy to re-skin.As far as the pending NS license for MLT...I've been trying to figure that one out???How can any other payware company easily get a license,but NS holding out on MLT for what?I personally think that NS is going to try to get more$$$ out of them and justify it by wording the license agreement differently,cause they are who they are,but that's just my opinion.You take a company like BNSF,which i believe is more concerned about the representation of their image by a reputable payware outfit than $$$,unlike NS who is $$$ conscience...Just my opinion. Just curious Don, what other payware company has this license? Because as far as I know, and I heard it from a very good source, they still didn't have any license to sign by anyone. What do you know that I don't? I won't say who I got the information from but it was another payware group. Probably it would be best if you PM'd me that information. Don't want to start a war here. And if what you say is true then singling out MLT for more money would make no sense to me and not be very kosher either. I have also talked to a couple of freeware groups who had the same resonse from NS. They had not come up with the wording for the license yet. If they have then it is news to me and would be very interesting to hear about.PM me when you have time! I'd like to hear more.Still a very nice reskin Don.
