It has been over 2 years since I took the excusion train in Panama. The outside of the cars are very similar to the UP cars in the file library. The interior of the dome car was decorated with Panamian art work.My video & photos are not in digital format. I do not know how helpful they would be to reskin off.A simple search in netscape brought a lot of material that might be useful. Unfortunately I have not reskined, so I am not a good tutor in the reskining process.http://www.trains.com/Content/Dynamic/Articles/000/000/002/862mvwkz.asphttp://207.87.240.98/~billb/train/page_01.htmThis one is not up to date, but a good history.http://www.trainweb.org/panama/Hopefully this information is helpful.
