Hi there Looks like you've lost your alpha channel somewhere along the way. If you want, you can zip up your tga's and e-mail them to me, I can get your transparencies back for you. Should be able to do it sometime tomorrow afternoon or evening.Grizzly
how do i zip my tga i know how to zip a file but i need to know where to get my tga's from this is my first model i have reskinned so i am a little new but i would be happy to send them to you
Looks pretty darn good to me. I like the color scheme. And I would pass them along to Grizzly, he will definitely know how to fix the alpha channels for you. He's one of the best here. If you are using tgatool2 then be careful when you resave your ace files, if it contains an alpha channel, and you will see it on the right hand side when you get ready to load it into your paint program, then you have to choose export it as Ace (alpha non DXT) to get it to save the alpha channel again.RangerWestern Maryland Railroad Gone, but not forgotten!
