Since there has been some discussion about colors and such, I am curious which of these shades look most like Brunswick Green to most folks. Apparently, my monitor makes things appear lighter than most.FWIW, the top pic is from 3Dtrains color chart, the second one is the RGB values from the P5 by Island Electric and the back half of the bottom GP9 is the RGB value from CLW/NALW GG1.GH
Ours of course! LOL! The "Official" definition of Brunswick Green goes something like this; "A Gallon of Black Paint that has been shown a drop of dark green".... Seriously I think the color sample in the color charts that Marc came up with over at 3DTrains is pretty close...Chuck Schneider
I would have to agree with Chuck on this one. Although not always easy to tell from a photo but Marc's chart is pretty accurate.BTW, Chuck, don't faint that I agreed with you. Just some good natured humor, my friend! And you are still my friend, I hope. Despite my thickheaded and boneheaded attempts to mess that up. Now back to the real subject of which Brunswick Green to choose: Go with 3dTrains color chart, IMHO.RangerWestern Maryland Railroad Gone, but not forgotten!
