Hi.
Im back to skinning some TH&B cars and possilby locomotives Now- i've done my research.
Downloaded cars im going to skin etc.
But i have not been able to find a decent logo for skinning. There are a few types of the TH&B logo's.
Theres the logo surrounded by black seen here:
thbrailway.com/photos/centennial_logo.jpg
thbrailway.com/photos/van_80.jpg
And the white logo.
thbrailway.com/photos/hopper_1218.jpgAs well as the fully black logo.
thbrailway.com/photos/lo1536.jpgIf you know of anywhere to find any. It'd be a big help. And for those wondering im thining of doing some of the "Ti-Cat"scheme boxcars, a gondola, a hopper, a cylindrical hopper, a Caboose, maybe a slag car and if locos. Maybe a NW2,SW9 and/or GP7.

Thanks. And for those who think i should search the net... I did. Google and MSN. Edit- to look at the photos place in address bar and add www. in front of the address you copied into addy bar It was only added so i dont end up posting the actual picture here.

RE: TH&B logos

Just an update- I've finished the conversion from CP to TH&B for Caboose #80 except for a logo.I've been searching alot for one.
Once I add a logo. I will probably be ready to upload.
A GP7 is something in TH&B is something i really want to do.
I've been holding off since the comlicated colour scheme.
But hope to do one soon Probably whole roster of GP7's.

RE: TH&B logos

Rob
Don't forget those new cylindrical hoppers that just hit the FL.
Just gotta love that classy burgandy & cream livery, odd thing for me is the closest I've come to the TH&B is when the stray hopper or gon rolls through nearby Northbrook IL on the former MILW.
BTW heres the link to the THB Historical Soceity
http://www.thbrailway.com/
There are a couple of heralds on the main page plus one of the links takes you to an employee timetable that you'd need to modify.
Also check out the gallery link there is a straight on side shot of a switcher that might give you a liftable logo.Gary S
