It's about time for some more Intermodal stuff!

Been quite busy lately with Svante's well cars,thought it was time to add more variation to the already numerous selection of Intermodal stuff.First off i noticed there were "0" re-paints of Mark Tolands Double stacks...so i went ahead and skinned a Conrail set w/new container textures skinned by Chris Wilson(thanks dude).There will be another set of Double stacks in the "Sea-land" livery in the works.Along with that i have 5 new sets of double 45" smooth-side well cars(thanks Svante)using the previous well car skins of BNSF,SF,CSX,DTTX,BN,...Look for them soon.I also included a pic of a Sante fe Alco RS1 i've been toiling with(no text yet).I've been trying to edit the alpha channel to replace the number-boards and numbers on the side of the cab...any help would be appreciated.

Hey DonGlad they turneds out good.. There are problems as they dont come in 48 and 53ft. But w/e... I am pickey.. but they look awsome!Good job again and can't waitI could work on some BN America's... no wait...try my CN intermodal cars one has a BN america 48ft.ChrisChris Wilson

Oh lolI should read all the messages...I may do some more autoracks using the new USA1 cars. Plans are, CP yellow black etc, FEC, CNW, GT (yellow) and a few more intermodal cars, with K Line containers and a few I didn't do yet.ChrisChris Wilson

Actually Chris,his e-mail address isn't current(the one that i have),so i looked up an old post,and did a search for Intermodal,wellcars,etc.And found his signature and sent a "private message"to him,it took about 2 weeks for him to get back to me.That would be your best bet

Hi Chris,yeah i know about the 48',53',but what the heck,it's only a couple a foot difference...no biggie By the way thanks again for allowing me to use your textures I will be making up more sets with the 40',and 53'foot,and empty well car.I'll also be posting a Sante fe rib-side well car set.I happen to see one on a UP Intermodal run through Carlton Michigan a few weeks back.

Okay, sounds great... What about Husky Stack-GBRX, AOK III transportations, ummm FEC, who else has gunderson? And Southern Pacific, CRLE, i also got a NS/CRLE car for m models.. I am not sure about American cars that much, just what I see up here and on tv etc. LOL -well I know lots...ChrisChris Wilson

Chris,funny you would mention the GBRX version,Andrew Pickell is skinning a set right now.I mentioned to him the CRLE version also.Any idea what "CRLE" stands for?I've always had the impression it is a abbreviation for Conrail leasing?I like you logo...Cool

Okay,I did know about Andrew's repaint of the GBRX duh!Now, I thinkm CRLE is for Coe Rail, someone back me up on this, thats what it says in the official railway equipment book.ChrisChris Wilson

HahahaRight Andrew, I thought that... My NS car for my model train was CRLE reporting marks.Its a Southwind with CRLE marks and gunderson all purpose 69ft.ChrisChris Wilson
