Hey all:Just a preview of a couple little reskins I threw together. I'm a shareholder with the Greenbrier Companies and a huge fan of their freight cars. With 3D models courtesy Teemu S. I present:Big Blue Ver 2
Follow-on to my original default reskin. This is a MUCH better skin, derived from a photograph with all the goodies in terms of detail. Teemus 3D model represents the car fairly well...this is a familiar and POPULAR car in real-life. 50' 6'' paper loading hi-cube boxcar...TBOX TTXBox Ver 1.0
I hope this will be a favorite. These are brand new cars built by TrentonWorks in Canada for TTX. The skin was a nice photograph, cleaned up and nearly straight on, so nearly all the quality is there. This IS A real car! =P I luv the graphics and the yellow paint. 60' hi-cube boxcar....the prototype doesnt quite have this body style...but close enough for MSTS work! =P Hard to fathom any new build boxcars these days...but this is what they look like.Check em out in the library! soon!Brad Kostelny

Awesome!! I've been waiting for one of those new TTX boxes. And yes, TTX has always owned Railbox.

Very very nice - I saw both this weekend at Radnor Yard in Nashville (I sent the RBOX to George Elwood and he posted). This one is an alternate photo....can't wait to download and run both. Thanks!!!

RE: Gunderson: Big Blues and Rail Boxs oh my!

Micheal:Nice pics!! The Big Blues you have photogrpahed there are the "BIG Big Blues"...CSX bought both the 60' car and a 50' 6" car. Great pics, the angles are very nice and the Big Blues. I see a comment that NOKL has some Big Blues...I just skinned up a NOKL "Big Blue" paint-out skin. NOKLs cars are former CSX cars.Brad Kostelny
