Jul-30-01, 08:39 PM (EST) "SW1200 missing file" I've got several Sw1200 type that I downloaded, including the original, and instead of bmp and tga it came with a template in some kind of adobe format, so it took me until now to find it. I can open it up with ULEAD but I can't find the second file. I get the one that corresponds to the bmp, which I can edit just fine, but the one with the transparancies is MIA. Anyone who's done a reskin of a 1200 know what the name of that file is, so I can find out where the heck it is? Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Message Areas - "SW1200 missing file" – image 1 I got another problem too, with this transparencies thing. I was using corel 4.0, and couldn't save the transparencies, and when I bought a new scanner it came bundled with Ulead photoexpress 2.0se, and that wouldn't do it either - until I tried the sw1200 that has the front & back cab views, and it will do that. But not on the littda or the stock geep38 cab in the samples folder. I noticed that the transparencies were three different colors, dark gray for the sw, light gray for the littda, and brown for the geep. So I tried eyedropper picking the transparency from the sw1200, and painting or filling or replacing on the geep, and got black opaque windows instead of brown. How come I can do it with one type and not another?

Three engines. notice the sw1200 has transparent windows, the other two are opaque. I'm either losing the alpha or not getting it when I open, I think. Thought something was funny, cuz when I edited cockpits in FS2000 or CFS 1 I got the transparencies OK. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
