Hi I've been trying to lean Gmax over the last 3 or 4 days and was starting to get a bit frustrated with it.I decided to take a break from trainsim for a while, but as we all know it's hard to stay away from for long. Anyway I couldn't stay away so I did some fiddling around last night just for fun and came up with this (see screenshot).I thought to myself, maybe some others would like this coach set. At the moment this is the only coach (there are 8 in the full set I think). If there is any interest I would be willing to finnish this one off and make the rest of them.Let me know your thoughts.CheersFreightKing (Down Under)
Hi FreightKing,Looks great, just like your other stuff. I'd be in it for one. More VR/SAR stuff is great. I've nearly finished the VR AW pass cars, and I'll then get stuck into the E cars, and the joint VR/SAR cars. Here is a screen of some some of the happy VR stuff available, thanks to the VR gurus out there (along with a little bit of my own dodgey stuff!).Cheers, Matt A
Ive got the first class and second class cars almost done. Have to do a sleeper car, refreshment car, club car, brake , mail/baggage and a power car yet ( quite a bit of alpha channel modifcation required ).I can't get them 100 % accurate but I will try to get them into a close representation. As you can see in the pic below they don't look that bad behind my CR GM class deisels, which by the way I'm not going to release. The reason for that is James Brooks is doing a proper GM class shortly and he will definatly have a far better one than I, so that is worth waiting for. Anyhow back to work. They Look great... All you need to do is model some dome cars, the dome observation, and replace the maroon with a blue, and you'll have a copy of the GM Train of Tomorrow.Thomas Pearce
