What color are open hoppers for the Chessie System? (Mainly the 2-Bay and 3-Bay variety). Pictures I have show them to be a dark color. Not sure if it is a dark blue or a black. Usually depends on the angle of the shot taken. Any assistance would be appreciated! Thanks and good day!Mykel
