Before I get anymore nasty-grams I am still planning to upload "The Alcos of Maine" again hopefully real soon. And again as soon as I get a little more details and MEC Nathan M3 worked out. SO I am also working on on more to add to the collection (for a future upload). This has to be one of my most cumbersome re-skins yet. Portland Terminal S4 #1056 with the red stripes. This was very hard to align all the stripes (well at least for me)and its still not exactly right. OK OK - basic black engine (thats not too difficult) but those red stripes. Well anyways here is a pic for your scrunity.Portland Terminal Alco S4 #1056 - (some where on Marias Pass ?)
I don't know why you are getting nasty-grams.....I think this one looks very good and the stripes look very good........nice job......If it is because they are Alco's, too bad.........I'll take all the Maine engines you do..........I don't care what kind of engine they are............Keep them coming......Tim The Spur Line http://tahunter.net/thespurline Appalachia RR - Midwest & Rocky Mountain RR - ADFRR Route
Check the "winking eye". They were not really negative responses but more of a "Hint" to start uploading all the Maine Alcos I've been showing here for the past several months. It's just that summer time is a little hard with the "rug rats" home from school and computer time is a premium commodity, especially when one can spend many hours reskinning. And I am trying to get a Nathan M3 horn finished (thats what Maine Central used alot) instead of the default BN horn. So hopefully in about 15 days 10 hrs and two minutes (thats when the first school bell rings) I can get back to finishing 'em and start uploading then I'll start on some MEC and BAR Geeps and a shot of Scotch.D.......
Definitely looking forward to some BAR's.........hey, pour me one of those Scotch's too...... Tim The Spur Line http://tahunter.net/thespurline Appalachia RR - Midwest & Rocky Mountain RR - ADFRR Route
