These are in the NALW shop getting the lights fixed now. They should be released shortly after the NS and CR -8's.John Rosh

Aren't some of the NS unit Dash 9s "Dual-Mode" units? a switch in the cab, derating the unit from 4400, to 4000?Brian E. Bundridge

Awesome looking - definitely needed them & welcome edition(s). Seems there is allot of locos (I've lost count) in the pipeline getting fine-tuned by NALW that we can put to good use when they are uploaded.Thanks!!!! Michael

When NS first started ordering -9's, BNSF was having problems with the 4400hp engine so NS ordered the -9 with the 4000 hp prime mover. To this day they still order the 4000 hp version. They even order them with control stands, no desktops.John Rosh
