Mar-05-02, 01:48 PM (EST) "autoracks" I was bored last night and decided to take a break from my penn central reskins and decided to do some different paint schemes for the open autorack.

this is by no means 100% prototypical nor is it completely done. the panels where the logos are placed differ from railroad to railroad and i do not have a program to modify this. the screens used on the car to protect are not prototypical either. i plan on doing ten more of these by thursday, they don't take long to do, 20 mins top. if there is any interest in these or info or requests please let me knowjoe Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

"RE: autoracks" i have pictures of c&o, nyc, prr, and el so i will do those. i'm trying to find out who else had cars similar to these. if someone has pics it would be greatly appreciated, otherwise i'll probaly make some of them up. after i'm done with these i'll be doing repaints of some of the closed autoracks too along with my other projects. glad there is interest in these.joe Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

The first request is could you please put some cars in those auto racks. I love seeing my freight cars loaded The other is could you please make an auto rack in the style that Amtrak uses for their Auto Trains? Even if you can't I really look forward to those cars.
