I get emails from people asking about painting tutorials and I will certainly send them to you site!I did notice one minor thing: the links at the bottom of the first page to the next pages are missing the ".html" extension. I was able to add it and see all the pages. Just so you know!Keep up the good work! This page will gets lots of use, I'm sure!Highball!John D. Peterson

Feb-28-02, 10:41 PM (EST) 3. "RE: The Wizard's Easy Paint Tutorial Ready" I just downloaded the Tgatool2, and after trying to load some tga's some load correctly and some load with just funny colors mashed together at the bottom. I originally did not use this program to repaint tga's, I used paint shop pro 6. Is this something I did in paint shop pro 6? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. Mar-01-02, 01:09 AM (EST) 4. "RE: The Wizard's Easy Paint Tutorial Ready" Get the latest version of TGATOOL2 from the original site ...do a search in the forums and you can find the site name...then the funny colors will be fixed. It was a known problem with version 1.Controll Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Soon as I find it I'll post that as well. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Mar-02-02, 10:24 AM (EST) 10. "RE: The Wizard's Easy Paint Tutorial Ready" It would also be nice to be able to down load Paintbrush and or the blank loco skins mentioned since 3d Perfection is no more. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Mar-02-02, 11:24 PM (EST) 11. "RE: The Wizard's Easy Paint Tutorial Ready" Well, paintbrush is already on your computer if it's a windows version. But I'll zip a learner's version of the 3D Perf loco that is just the blank skin for use with the tutorial. I'll do that tonight. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Mar-03-02, 02:11 AM (EST) 12. "RE: The Wizard's Easy Paint Tutorial Ready" Thanks for the loco. Paint, within windows, does not support targa graphic files so I assume it is not the graphics program talked about on the web page.>Well, paintbrush is already on your

Mar-03-02, 09:46 AM (EST) 14. "RE: The Wizard's Easy Paint Tutorial Ready" actually, it is. (forgive me if my typing is off today...I squashed a hand in a car dor and my figners hurt)Tgatool2 sends the file in bmp format. Bmps are easier to learn to edit since there's fewer options at first. But, all my skins, especially the CNW Sw1500 were made using ms paint. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
