I will seek permission to post these repainted .ace files in the download file section,if Mr. Sanabria approves.. comments and flameing welcome patm41

"RE: John Deere CF-7" *smiles*I'm in contact with a railroad that actually has a set of CF-7's painted in a John Deere Scheme...I have a tentative authorization to skin the C's in that scheme; but must see if it ties into something my group is working on. Either way, I'll do one shortly.

session, i got to tour the place, but never got to see the rail shipping docks.. so i just guessed at the paint.. please post a pic of any Deere rail operations if you have one..i'd be intrested to see them..thanks

"RE: John Deere CF-7" *smiles*You misunderstand me.There is a deep south railroad whose scheme is called the "John Deere" scheme.The reason is simple...their paint director used to work for JD and loved the colors so much that he transposed them on the locomotives. It's a beautiful scheme; I'll skin the C just for the heck of it now, but here's a pic.

I was granted permission to upload the Green and Yellow fictional skin by the origional designer, Mr.Sanabria. Its now uploaded to the file library ..should be avalable in a couple days.. patm41

Feb-26-02, 12:07 PM (EST) 7. "RE: John Deere CF-7" I like your paint scheme but I think your colors are a little to bright on the loco. The green lettering on the box car looks about the right color but on the loco it almost looks fluorescent. I think you need to make it darker. The yellow seems a little to bright also.
