Feb-17-02, 09:16 AM (EST) "My first repaint almost done..." Finally my first repaint of a car. Based on the John "AlabamaRailfan" Peterson model. I learned how to finally get transpeencies to work. Took me 3 hours roughly to complete it but It is not done I want to tweak it a little more still color matching. Also question anyone else having trouble recoupling these cars I can't get them to couple.

Eaglenight...Do you have a "sharpening" effect in your paint program?...if so you can sharpen the image and it will make the "Text" more "sharp"(no pun intended).Nice job on the hopper! Are you going to do the blue one? Feb-17-02, 01:46 PM (EST) 2. "RE: My first repaint almost done..." Yea I am using paint shop pro 7.02 I will try the sharpen feature. I just finished the car bout an hour ago I got the ends darker and the colors match a little better with the sides. I couldn't really use photos for the ends so I just tryed to color match. I will maybe try the blue alberta ones next. It will go faster now because I know what I am doing hehe. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
