Feb-17-02, 01:39 AM (EST) "Japanese Railroad considers Chicago El Cars." These spy photos show an unnamed railroad in japan testing some aging 6000 series cars for possible purchase. These cars, in their old green and cream scheme are expected to be repainted in the next few weeks to a more modern red blue and black scheme that was inspired by the CTA 2000 series cars.
What do you think? These are in a very beta form, but here's what you ought know. This is NOT the Kiha...it's a skin of something else. the eng is mostly new. It's hard to explain but it's cobbled together at present. bit here, pinch there. I've not tested it on the chigago el, so I don't know if it will work or not. It should...but you never know.

Feb-17-02, 10:50 PM (EST) 3. "RE: Japanese Railroad considers Chicago El Cars." kudos! First person who figured out what I'd done. (took forever too...bloody split skin) Yeah, I'll wait. Can't upload this anyway (I think) even with the modified eng file. However, if those 2000 series are the ones I think (with the slanted front) I dunno if I'll do that skin. I don't like the lines of the 2000's.Now, i'd love to see that articulated unit...Skokie Swift I believe? Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Hauling cars is fun; but crashing them is even better.-Darkfyre Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
