You have to buy a 3D program and then you can make new locos.For example : Abacus' Train Sim Modeler, shortly TSM.
Or 3DCanvas, there are a few programs out there, which are good to use.New reskinnings/repaints ??If the texture files aren't included in the .zip file for download, you can convert the .ace files to .bmp or .ace files with TGATOOL2. (I'm not sure, but I think it's available at the library of www.Train-Sim.com)
Then you can modify it with an paint program,
for example: Paint Shop Pro 7, shortly PSP7.
I use iPhoto Plus 4 for my repaints...Jens-ChrisAND, of course, WELCOME to the Train-Sim.com forum,
