Jan-19-02, 07:55 PM (EST) "D&RGW GP30 repaint" I know that CLW did a great job making the GP30's but I felt that the paint job needed some tweaks here and there. I hope you enjoy.
What exactly did I do? This is the new model D&RGW #3006 with new paint and logo on the side. Maybe I will paint another GP30 with the bigger logo.

This is CLW's paint job. I think the trucks that CLW made are AWESOME!!

Here is a front view. When i looked at a picture of the 3006 I noticed there wasn't a small "Rio Grande" so I took it out. CLW did a great job getting the mars light to work.

(Best prime rib west of the Mississippi!!!!) In 1994, the 3006 was here in the same spot. I have pics of her somewhere as well!! Could this be the next skin?? BTW,the train in the pic with the SP unit picked her up to go to Denver. I JUST made it!!

Its the best restaurant for ANY train fan. I have also stayed at the Antlers (now Adam's Mark) Hotel. If you can get a west facing room you can watch trains for miles and all hours of the day.This will most likely be my next reskin.Nick
