Nov-17-01, 04:33 AM (EST) "Adding more music to the ESE Observation Car" Hey,I found this KILLER Blues/Jazz CD that my Grandparents had. All the tracks are excellent and I would like to add them to the car while i'm traveling. How would I go about doing this? I believe it has 16-19 tracks.Starting to wish we had a sound board.thanks!Brian E. Bundridge

I didn't download the upgrade with more music, but when you have done it, possibly the numbers are altered (behind Streams for instance).

Nov-22-01, 04:47 AM (EST) 4. "RE: Adding more music to the ESE Observation Car" I spent several hours working on this yesterday, and the best I could do was no music at all. I hadn't realized there was passenger conversation going on under the music! I tried setting up an Alias file like eweber did, and still couldn't get my wav files to play. I also tried putting the files directly into the ESE sound folder like the default wav files, and refrencing them just like the originals. Still no luck. What am I missing here? Try and keep them at 2mb or less. if you don't have a wave editor you can get some shareware/freeware ones here:Acid Wave: http://www.polyhedric.comAudcity: http://www.agrapha.com/Cooledit: www.syntrillium.comAlso you can use Windows Sound Recorder usually found in your Start/Programs/Accessories/Entertainment folder to change the sample rates. Nov-22-01, 04:22 PM (EST) 6. "RE: Adding more music to the ESE Observation Car" I've sucessfully added music to both my RMR and Canadian beta consists. Using 16-bit, 11,025 stereo wav, no problem. You may have to play around with the levels in your sound editor to get them "hearable".. Load up the backgorund sounds from the OE trainset, and then adjust your music to be a little louder..
