Reading Topic #981
After successful track laying, wye creation at Whitefish and Shelby, I attempted to add rolling stock to various sidings on the Marias Pass route. After selecting the sidings, adding consist, attempted to save work. But when going into TS the new consists do not appear at the sidings chosen. What am I missing?

I'm not that knowledgeable on this problem, but for me, I find one has to be sure that the AE has successfully saved just to make sure it's got it right. (I find myself saving an activity sometimes 3 times in a row!)Other than that, I'm not too sure as to why it wouldn't accept your static consists..Does anyone else have any better insight on this!? cdntrains

i just started to have the same problem when creating an activity for whitefish yard!!!

LAST EDITED ON Jun-13-02 AT 11:58 AM (EDT)Your consists will ONLY show up if it is an acticity that you are creating.If you are placing consists in the Actvity Editors, then go into the sim and run Explore Mode......Nothing will show up !!Explore Mode is just that....Explore....you and nothing else around. Unless you go into Explore Mode ...drop off some freight carsSAVE.When you load the SAVED game. your cosists will be there, BUT that is the ONLY way to get freight cars into Explore ModeHope this helps.Tim Kent
"Power for You"PS: On another note if it WAS for an activity you are creating and the consists are not showing up.... Then you have either missed a step somwhere, OR you have real serious issues with the Activity Editor.If you need more help send me an e-mail malice96th@hotmail.com
