I am in the process of developing an Amtrak activity in Marias 3.0. The player train runs great from Whitefish to Shelby. Have now added AI trains but the first train out of Shelby hits a red signal at the crossover just west of the yard and stop for good. The player service is scheduled out of Whitefish at 0746, my first AI is out of Shelby at 0400 so it will be a way along the route. I have doubled checked the AI route and the signal in the path editor at that crossover is green. Any ideas as to cause?

RE: AI train hits red signal and won't go

You might want to check the 2D animation play back, which shows every train movement, including yours. You may have a stray trian in there somewhere. I just made a frieght activity for Marias from WF to Shelby using alot of AI traffic, 14 WB's to be exact, it took a while, but I got the kinks worked out. The 2D playback is a lifesavor. At the bottom of the activity editor is a button marked timed, click on that and type in the time you want to start, click over to 128 speed, and hit play. It will show blue circles indictaing each train running. Hope this helps, good luck
