In that folder you'll see tsunpack.exe. Just double click the activity and open it with tsunpack.exe. Once installed you can delete the activity you originally placed in the "utils" folder.If you get an error saying "package failed to open" go to the thread in this forum titled "How to make the activity unpacker work". You might want to print the instructions provided there.
