Feb-04-02, 09:49 PM (EST) "The Washington Limited" I suppose that I can't call this a new activity, especially since I've been working on it since the GG1 first hit the screens.

Anyway, the Washington Limited should be in the library soon. If you're the type of engineer that we're looking for, you'll be ready to take a period Pennsy passenger train from Philly to D.C.There's plenty of traffic, you'll even overtake some freight and commuter trains at speed.I you enjoy it.Henry Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Feb-10-02, 05:51 PM (EST) 1. "RE: The Washington Limited" LAST EDITED ON Feb-10-02 AT 05:53 PM (EST)I am getting some errors about the GP-9 and PRR-Tuscan. I ran it without those things in it, But want to find the files I did to make it complete. I tried the author's website, but could not open his Trainsim stuff page. Do you know where I can get this missing files? Thanks for your help. This is the one file I cannot find. And I tried the search files too.prr-tuscan- f7a.zip Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Feb-10-02, 10:34 PM (EST) 2. "RE: The Washington Limited" The consits gets confused between the BN GP9 demo and the the PRR GP9 because they both use GP9 in the engine file, so, here is what you have to do. Go into the eng file and search for all GP9 and add prr either before or after GP9.
1. First line Wagon ( GP9 TO Wagon ( GP9PRR
2. after the engine sound line Engine ( GP9 ) TO Engine ( GP9PRR )
3. Another Wagon after the exhaust definition
Wagon ( GP9 ) TO Wagon ( GP9PRR )
4. The name line right before the description
Name ( GP9 ) TO Name ( GP9PRR )I did this and many other changes, mostly the new GG1 megadownload and older NYC, PRR, C&O, and SCL cars to keep it in the era.You may have the same trouble with the F7 download, I renamed the folder and file to PRRF7A and renamed the eng file the same. I also edited the eng file as I did with the GP9. Those are the only two files that need to be renamed.Kevin Arceneaux Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
