I have found that after installing the fix I still can't just drag the consist file onto the unpacker.
I need to unzip the activity to the utility folder and then double click on the activity file, it then installs.
Your other problem seems to be connected to an add on loco.
You may have to delete this file.
I am not an expert on MSTS problems and others may have more to add or corrections to my answers however, visit the forum as often as you can as there is a wealth of information being shared by some very clever people.

Jan-08-02, 01:00 AM (EST) 3. "RE: Activity Unpacker....now I have errors....please help!!!!" Don't know if you ever solved your problem or not, but if not...I finally fixed it. Well, by fixed, I mean I completely uninstalled and re-installed. I tried that the first time, and still go the error message. The trick is that when you uninstall, it leaves a LOT of files...mainly everything you had custom made or added. So, be sure after the uninstall to delete the entire directory. Otherwise, I kept having the same problem, could not find engine database....very annoying. Good luck!
