Dec-31-01, 09:16 AM (EST) "Multiple Working/Double Heading" May be a daft question but is there a way of setting up a Consist with two (or more) locos both working from driver control in the first cab (as per modern prototype). In a similar way, can locos be set up for "banking" from the rear, either under driver control (or AI?).I've downloaded several of the excellent British diesels for the S&C but find that the smaller ones tend to be "realistically gutless" on their own-after all the Class 20's, 37's & (even) 50's frequently worked double-headed, especially over the more hilly routes. Don't let this throw you off, they are still working...it's just one of those quirky little things about MSTS. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Jan-02-02, 08:00 PM (EST) 2. "RE: Multiple Working/Double Heading" I built a very long consist for the Tehachapi, 5 in front, 2 in middle, 2 on rear. Was all I could do to stop much less keep it down to the 23Mph required, shoved me right up the hill.Train brakes worked OK tho.. Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
