Dec-27-01, 02:04 PM (EST) "Compute & Save" Hi EverybodyI have had Train Sim since the day it came out and have now got over a gig of trains and stuff.My problem is now i want to make an activity and when i click on compute and save i get the old Error message asking if i want to send info of to microsoft! and thats all i can do.i worked for ages adding all services and stuff but will not let me compute and save.My system isDuron 800
256 megs of 100mhz ram
gf3 ti 500

Dec-30-01, 03:59 PM (EST) 3. "RE: Compute & Save" I think I know what you did wrong and your opinion about compute and save is not quit right. Compute and save will ´compile´ your activity to an .ASV file, which will load faster in Trainsim than ´uncompiled´ activities. But if your normal activity file (the .ACT file) is newer than the .ASV file (when you did a save instead of compute and save) or when you didn´t compute your activity then Trainsim will load the .ACT file. So it doesn´t need compute and save to understand changes.
What you did wrong - probably - was that you didn´t edit the activity description and/or the activity briefing. Fill this in and try to (compute and) save again.
