Oct-14-01, 06:26 AM (EST) "****HELP PLEASE****" Hi!
I tried to make some activites by myself and it worked at first. But suddenly the Activity designer started to go mad! I'm not able to edit the AI Traffic scheme (dunno if that's the correct expression hope you find out what I mean!)
Does anybody know how to fix the problem because without making AI Traffic by myself, creating new activities is rather boring ! Thanks a lotFelix Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Oct-14-01, 12:18 PM (EST) 1. "RE: ****HELP PLEASE****" It sounds like your Activity Editor has gotten messed up. It happens. If you search on the forum on this subject somebody figured out a way to fix the registry for msts.The solution I use is to just reinstall the whole game. You don't have to delete anything. Just do a reinstall, and allow it to reinstall all the routes and copy over the existing files. It won't hurt anything unless you have added 3rd party stuff which changed values like eng files.But I believe if I understand what you are describing, is what you need to do.Good luck!Rich Garber Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

>Rich Garber You'll want to change the following value in the registry:Look for a key called AE_NORMAL_VIEW. You MAY have the value 4181535 assigned to this key. Change the value to 248063 and it will fix your problem not being able to see consists on the 2D route map. I've tried this myself and it works. It's a lot faster than having to reinstall MSTS!I hope this helps.
