Sep-22-01, 01:17 AM (EST) "Question on AI train naming" It was pointed out to me that in my route, E Metro RR, that in Activity #1, there is a call to an AI train BC Expr Shrt 2. But, there is no such animal. But, there was. I remember deleting it trying to come up with some kind of naming convention for my AI trains while I did the rest of the activties. In fact I recreated or renamed the service path to BC Expr Shrt 1, and that you'll find in the path service folder. So why does the Activity work?Alright, I checked the Traffic file for this activity and it has the reference to BC Expr Shrt 1, so it's fine there. And every where else that the path is referenced, it uses the right nomenclature. Except for the Activity file itself.Now get a load of this. What I did was to rename the service path to BC Expr Shrt 3, and guess what? No error.
