I need to be able to shorten a loose consist in order to change out some cars I can't find. How do you do this in ConBuilder with the loose consist editor? I can change the cars just fine, but I can't remove anything from the consist. I also can't seem to locate them in the regular consist editor to alter them. Any help would be much appreciated. This is driving me nuts. Also, some of the cars, after being changed, change back. Help!!Thanks Dewey

RE: Changing a Loose Consist (shortening)

Loose consists information is not stored as a consist file but in the .act file as individual pieces of rolling stock. ConBuilder will let you substitute for but not remove them.(on an individual basis)Activity Analysis will also do this.Regards,Eric
