Regular activities set up for a choice of locomotives

greetings all:just new in town and had a question I've not been able to find a satisfactory answer to. I've been tweekin, poking, proding and otherwise messing about with the sim since it came out. And up until now when I wanted to use different locos for the player service I just set up multiple versions of the activities...one for each consist. So the question is, is there a way to set up one activity with all the bells and whistles with the time tables, paths, work orders etc. but give the player a choice of consists to drive like the sim has for exploring routes?thanks in advance..ed

The only way would be to set up different consists and the user would have to rename the alternate consist and copy it into the consist folder, over writing the one there.Fred

yeah that would be an option...but if you're going to go to all that work its easier to just copy the activity over and over again so that you have like 5 or 10 activities doing the same job but changing the consist each time...that's how I've got it done. Looking for a way to just start the sim without all the extra background file work each time and with only one activity.
