I wonder if it is possible to program a two unit engine consist, cab forward both directions, and when you travel the opposite way, (reverse) toggle the cab to THAT unit with its appropriate cabview viewing the reverse direction!!
Probably not possible with MSTS......but a good idea!

Possible with a trick.Replace left or right cabview by rear cabview placed at 2nd cab position as relative to first engine. Fiddling CVF. CabViewFile ( "..\\..\\Dash9\\Cabview\\Dash9Frnt.ace" )
CabViewWindow ( 0 0 640 480 )
CabViewWindowFile ( "..\\..\\Dash9\\Cabview\\AcWndRgt.ace" )
Position ( -1 3.862 -30.4 )
Direction ( 10 180 0 )Will not be mouse drivable, but will give you the view.
Bit messy in sharp curves, but convenient.Just making an act for WF6, works.Love and Peace
