Anyone got any suggestions for a fairly realistic modern-day UP consist for the UP part of Whitefish5?

Most of the traffic from KIngsgate/Eastport is interchange between UP/CP.Loaded Potash trains, mixed manifests with both UP and Canadian Pacific power.
Go to Railroadforums and look for funnlefan or ask Ted here as he lives right there and can tell you exactly what comes through.Just Rollin Down The Tracks

Diesels would be a mixture of CP and UP? Say 4 UP SD70Ms, 2 CP AC4400CWs? COFCs would be single-level wellcars, or CP-style conflats?
