It happened to my sometimes with some routes. Now I'm making a new route, almost finished, I'm making the activities, and now I never hear the departure sound: "OK to proceed...". Do you know what's the meaning of this?Thank you all in advance...
Hi,Check the ingame.sms file of the Route. You can find that file in the Sound folder of the route. The file must have a trigger section like this one: Triggers ( 8 Discrete_Trigger ( 10 PlayOneShot ( 1 File ( "control_error_buzz.wav" -1 ) SelectionMethod ( RandomSelection ) ) )
Discrete_Trigger ( 20 StartLoop ( 1 File ( "Derail01.wav" -1 ) SelectionMethod ( SequentialSelection ) ) ) Discrete_Trigger ( 21 StartLoop ( 1 File ( "Derail02.wav" -1 ) SelectionMethod ( SequentialSelection ) ) ) Discrete_Trigger ( 22 StartLoop ( 1 File ( "Derail03.wav" -1 ) SelectionMethod ( SequentialSelection ) ) ) Discrete_Trigger ( 25 ReleaseLoopRelease ( ) ) )Trigger nr 60 is for the departure sound. The wav file can be stored either in the Sound file of the route or in the global Sound folder.Dick van den Hoven
Dick:Thanks a lot for this information; it is very useful for me, so I saved it well.Anyway the problem was not caused by the lack of these files. It was related to some activites, but it was fixed by itself, when I arranged all the activities in that route. I don't even know why it didn't trigger the departure sound. But now it does. Thank you once again...Regards
