I need some help here. I am relatively new to the AE so I haven't figured out how to do certain things. I want to know how to add station stops to an existing path that I have already created using the Northeast Corridor route. I know how to set up a start point and an end point, but I don't see anywhere in the tool, a method of setting up intermediate stops. I didn't see anything on this forum that addresses this task. Can someone give me a clue?jomega

Click to send message via ICQ

After you have finished setting up the players service (name, consist and path), rather than clicking ok and going back to the main editor, look down at the lower box and you should see some station names with open boxes next to them. Click each station box where you want to stop and that should do it. Then you have to edit (check) the time-table which is another ball-game, but quite a bit of information on here already.RobertR .. RE: Adding stops to an activity

I did all that. I set up the consist. I set the path-start point at Philadelphia and end point at Washington. Before I exited, I looked at the lower box and only one station was listed-Philadelphia and of course I checked the box beside it. How do I get other stations along the route to list in this box?jomega

RE: Adding stops to an activity

I found the problem. I guess I didn't know the significance of the little green markers (switches?) on the path diagram. I had them set wrong leading me to a dead end siding instead of my desired destination. I found that right-clicking on them allows me to change the path, so I was able to complete it to my desired final destination. After that, all of the stations along the way appeared in the box below. Thanks anyway for your suggestions.
