Salut !Can anyone help with this one ? I posted it on the General MSTS forum but have had no response except the suggestion that I should try here !I'm beta testing a route so I made a simple passenger activity stopping at each station on the route. The timetable is ok, I've checked it repeatedly and the loading times are default.I arrive at the first station and stop within the limits, leaving the brakes "ON" - hit return to start the loading time countdown - suddenly the indicator shows a departure time about 30 seconds LESS than the scheduled time - there is no start whistle. What is causing this? All ideas will be very much appreciated.BTW - I adjusted the timetable by manually editing the Activity File in my usual Unicode editor. Many thanks in advance.
When you are talking about departure time versus the scheduled time do you mean the time to load the passengers versus the scheduled time to leave? The time to load the passengers is based on the number of passengers that are at this station, this can be set-up in the AE by right clicking on the blue passenger siding indicators, selecting properties and then changing them. So it is quite possible to have a departure time that is completely different then the loading time. Also if you are talking about a difference between the MSTS clock and the arrival and departure times in the F10 there seems to be a bug in MSTS and these two clocks can get out of synch, the longer the activity the more that they can become out of synch.
