Sorry, I'm asking for help.(I posted this message in the Route Design forum, but it's also related with the A.E.)I'm building my route. Laying sidings and passing tracks. But after laying some switches I found a strange problem:
When I open the same route in the AE to make paths for it, in certain locations, I cannot zoom in very much, because the AE freezes, and the Send/Don't Send message appears. It only happens in some specified points of the route in the A.E.
The DB rebuilt was already done and there was no problems with it.
I cannot realize what might be the problem.In the RE, everything seems to be OK.
But I'm afraid to continue, until I can find out what causes the problem.Thank you very much in advance.

Eduardo.

RE: The AE crashes when I zoom in, in the route I'm bui

>Sorry, I'm asking for help. Sorry????! This forum is to ask for help!!I have got an idea to help you getting a bit closer to the problem.
Is there any trackpiece or signal or another interactive object, that's on the locations in AE, where it freezes?
If there is, this could be the problem. Deleting the objects should solve the problem.It's just an idea, but it is one of the few ways to find the problem...I hope I helped you a bit...Regards,René-----------------------------

René:In this case, this problem was fixed by laying all the track again.
I think it was caused by double track covering many kilometres withought any switch between both tracks;
I was told that every 8 or 16 miles there must be at least a point to have switch nodes.This time I laid all the track sequentially from start to end, and it didn't freeze anymore (better so! )Right now I'm having another problem, just for not having obeyed the rule about laying in this order: Track, Roads, Objects, then Interactive Objects and at last, Signals.
I did so most of times, but in others I failed.It seems that this must be done this way, or else you're done for.Thanks for your post and to explain one of the possible cause of trouble.Kind regards...
