Italia12,, what route is this?, found it in the route

Hello, I'm new to this Forum, was hoping I could get some info on a route called "Italia12", its not something I downloaded, its a defualt route, yet has no Activities so it dosnt show up in Train Sim, and Activity Editor wont let me Edit it,, any one know anything about Italia12?

Hello Jonathon,Italia12 is the folder's name for the Paola to Reggio di Calabria route.

You can download this activity (in english) from the Library. Search for "paola" or "EBPAO1V1.zip". You can find other activities in italian from http://www.trenomania.it/Emmanuel

I forgot to tell you that this route is, of course, not a default route. As the route comes with no activities, if you want to play the explore mode you just need to create a subfolder named "activities" and another named "services" It doesn't matter if they are emptiesEmmanuel

hello Jonathon,nothing to do with the activity editor.
Some routes, like this one, are not supplied with any activities. In that case some authors have the good idea to manage in their package two folders named "activities" and services", including a blank file. Some authors didn't.
Actually MSTS needs these two folders in order to be able to create the explore mode.
Then, you have to create them by yourself in your route directory using only the windows explorer. As I have the french version of windows XP, I presume that in english you have to scroll the "file" menu then press on "new", and name the new folders with the right namesEmmanuel

Jonathon, if you intend just to explore the route you dont't need to put anything in the folders you created. You can make too your own activities with the Activity editor.
If you want to run activities realized by other people you can get some (in italian) from http://www.trenomania.it/index.asp
I designed an activity in english for this route, which is available here from the TSCom library. Search for the EBPAO1V1.zipEmmanuel
